1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to purchases from Juvega FZE-LLC, a company registered in the Ajman Freezone, United Arab Emirates ("Juvega", "we", "us"). We may update these terms at any time, so please check this page from time to time.

3. Eligibility

By buying from us you confirm that you can enter into a binding contract and that the information you give us is accurate.

4. Products and services

Digital products such as eSIM data plans, VPN vouchers and software license keys are delivered by email after your payment is confirmed. eSIMs must be activated within 60 days of purchase, and the plan validity starts when you activate it.

Physical products such as phones are described as accurately as we can, but we do not guarantee that descriptions are free of errors.

5. Pricing and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the product page and do not include shipping unless stated. Prices can change without notice. Payments are made in cryptocurrency through BTCPay Server, and orders are processed after your payment is confirmed on the blockchain.

6. Delivery

1. Orders are normally processed within 1 to 2 business days, not including transit time.
2. Shipping costs are not refundable.
3. For international orders, you are responsible for any import duties and customs fees.
4. Responsibility for a package passes to you once the carrier marks it as delivered.

7. Returns and refunds

We do not accept returns for change of mind. Digital products are not refundable once delivered. If an item is faulty, contact us and we will work out a solution with you. The details are set out in our Refund and Return Policy.

8. User accounts

Accounts are optional. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under it. Tell us straight away if you think someone has used it without permission.

9. Intellectual property

The content of this website and the Juvega name and logos belong to us. You may not use them commercially, or use our name or logos, without our written permission.

10. Promotions and coupons

Promotions and coupons are time-limited, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be applied to past purchases, and are limited to one per order unless stated otherwise. We may change or cancel promotions at any time.

11. Marketing emails

If you make a purchase you agree that we may send occasional marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time. We will still send emails that relate to your order.

12. Prohibited uses

You may not use this website for unlawful activity, harassment, infringing the rights of others, or submitting false information. We may end your access if you break these terms.

13. Disclaimer of warranties

To the extent the law allows, the website and our products are provided "as is" and "as available", without any express or implied warranties.

14. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost data or system failure.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Juvega, its staff and affiliates against claims arising from your breach of these terms, your breach of the law or of third-party rights, or your use of the website or products.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the regulations of the Ajman Freezone. Disputes will be heard by the courts of Ajman, UAE.

17. Severability and entire agreement

If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest remains valid. These terms and the Refund and Return Policy are the whole agreement between you and Juvega.

Accounts and comments

You can make an anonymous account on this website. An account is a random account number plus a display name. We do not ask for an email address or phone number. Your account number is shown once when you create the account. We store only a scrambled form of it, so we cannot show it again or reset it. If you lose it, the account cannot be recovered.

Comments are checked before they appear. We may refuse, remove or edit any comment, and stop an account from commenting, at our own choice. Do not post anything illegal, abusive, misleading, spam or personal details about other people. By posting you agree that your comment and display name may be shown publicly on the guide you commented on. You can delete your account, and with it your comments, at any time from the Account page.

Free email addresses

The free email addresses are receive-only and provided as-is, with no promise that any message will arrive or be kept. Do not use them for anything illegal, to receive spam or abuse, or to commit fraud. We may delete an address or suspend an account at any time, and messages are deleted automatically after a few days. Extra addresses bought from the shop are added to your account and are not refundable once added.
