Who we are

This website is run by Juvega FZE-LLC (United Arab Emirates). You can reach us through the contact page or at support@juvega.com.

What we collect

Contact form. When you use the contact form we collect your name, email address, the subject and message, and any optional details you add, such as a page address or your device. We use this only to reply to you and to fix problems.

Orders. When you buy something, the payment is handled by BTCPay Server. We receive the payment details needed to confirm your order and the email address you give us so that we can deliver it. Cryptocurrency payments are recorded on a public blockchain, which we cannot change or delete.

Technical data. To protect the contact form from abuse we keep a short-lived, scrambled (hashed) record of visitor addresses to limit how many messages can be sent. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on this website.

How we use it

To reply to your messages and support requests.
To process and deliver orders.
To protect the website from spam and abuse.
To send occasional marketing emails if you have bought from us. You can opt out at any time.

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers needed to run the shop (for example, payment and email services) and where the law requires it.

Keeping it and your rights

We keep messages and order records only as long as we need them for support, accounting and legal reasons. You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal limits, by using the contact page.

Third-party links

Our guides link to other websites and apps. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.

Accounts, cart and order history

If you make an account we store: your display name, the date it was created, the items saved in your cart, your comments, and (only if you choose it when you buy) a link between your account and that order. We store only a scrambled form of your account number. We use a cookie named jv_s to keep you logged in for up to 30 days. It is only used for this, and is deleted when you log out. A cart saved without an account stays in your browser only.

You can remove your order history links, or delete your account together with your comments, at any time from the Account page. Orders themselves are kept for our records, but are no longer linked to you.

To protect the sign-up form from bots we ask you to type the letters in a picture that we create ourselves. No third-party captcha service is used.

Free email addresses

Account holders can create receive-only email addresses on domains we choose. They cannot send email. We store the messages that arrive (text only, no attachments) for a few days so you can read them, then delete them. Messages pass through our server and we may be able to read them, so only use these addresses for sign-up codes and links, never for anything private or important. We store the address name, the account it belongs to, and for each message the sender, subject, date and text. If you delete an address or your account, its messages are deleted too.
